Just a little bit of fun.....

So aside from the odd diary entry that was always intended to be followed up but never done, this is my first attempt at materialising my thoughts for anyone who would like to see.

As you may have picked up from my page title I am a proud WAG of one of the UK's finest. If you did not pick it up, don't worry, we all have days like yours. Having never been fond of the word 'WAG' itself, (you can thank the footballers for that) it seemed the obvious option as it prevents the title being too long and to be honest, everyone likes an abbrev.

Now, I think police officers do an incredible job. Biased? Probably. I am not going to discredit a batch of people my own partner is a member of! But on a serious note, I think police officers in this country are under a tremendous amount of pressure from the public, media and the very job itself, and let us not forget the usual daily strifes - money, mortgages, kids e.t.c. I say officers in this country as to be fair I am not overly aware of how it is for officers in other parts of the world, although that would not stop me from being interested to hear from anyone who wishes to share their thoughts.

So I have started this blog to not just provide a theraputic form of output for my many, many thoughts about my partner and how his job affects him and us, but to also share them with those happy to share, sympathise or to those who like a hopefully interesting read. I will try my hardest.
